Yes, we are accepting move-in's. We are looking forward to helping new residents learn how we are providing a safe enviroment for residents while providing services to help you live independently.
If I move in, do I need to be vaccinated?
New residents are not required to be vaccinated to make our community their home. We do recommend that residents choose to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. We have completed our on-site vaccination clinics, in compliance with the CDC guidelines. We encourge you to consult with your personal physician to make the choice appropiate for you.
How often is cleaning taking place?
We have updated all our cleaning protocals and infection control specifically to target the COVID-19 and other viruses. We use products that are certified by the Enviromental Protection Agency (EPA) to clean and disinfect that are specified effective against the Coronavirus. Our staff are trained to understand how to use these products. Common areas such as hallways, elevators, restrooms are cleaned mutilple times each day.
What systems are in place to provide a safe enviroment?
Electro static sprayer is used to clean common area surfaces. This sysem allows surfaces to be disinfected much more effeciently after they have been cleaned. Providing increased coverage of areas that human hands may have missed and allows for quickly disinfecting areas.
Ionization system has been added to our air conditioning system to provide "clean safe air". Pollutants, dust, dander, pollen, smoke and pathogens, such as virus and bacteria can all be suspended in the air you breath. This system will reduce or eliminate pathogens and other airborne particles, creating a healthier enviroment.
What's the current protocol for mask wearing?
At this time, face covering or mask are required for all staff and visitors to our community, in accordance with the direction of the CDC.
Are residents allowed to leave their apartments?
Yes, residents are allowed to leave their apartments or the community as they wish. Our residents participate in safe health practices such as: using mask and hand santizer when out of their apartments. Residents are asked to follow all guidelines set forth by the CDC and local department of health. Currently, residents are participating in all activities, communal dining, and family visits.
Are you allowing family and friends to visit loved ones in the community?
Currently, in accordance with local regulatory guidelines, residents can participate with visits. These in-person visits may look different , because our top priority is helping to keep our residents , staff and visitors safe. Current guidelines :
